Incoming calls
Incoming calls
This section describes the features that are available to you when a call is incoming.
Activate Call Pickup
Use the Call Pickup feature to pick up calls from any telephone or handset in the same
pickup group or in another pickup group.
To answer a call in your own
Call Pickup group:
1. Press the Start button.
2. Press Pickup .
To answer an incoming call in
another Call Pickup group:
1. Press the Start button.
2. Press the Line button to access the
Feature Keys menu.
3. Press the number key that corresponds
to the
Group Pickup feature.
4. Enter the pickup group number of the
ringing handset.
To answer a call at a specific
extension in any pickup group:
1. Press the End button.
2. Press the Line button to access the
Feature Keys menu.
3. Press the number key that corresponds
to the
Pickup feature.
