Power supply LED
The following table describes the power supply Light Emitting Diode (LED)
on the DC power supply.

DC power supply accessories
The Ethernet Routing Switch 8300 chassis ships with no installed power
supplies. Install the first power supply in the left-most bay. Power supply
bays are numbered 1, 2, and 3 from left to right as viewed from the front
of the chassis for the 8306 and 8310. For instructions to install the power
supply, see
“Installing the DC power supply” (page 31) .
