How to Interpret

Refer to “What information does it provide?” for this report.

For Service Codes, refer to your Authorized OKIFAX Dealer.
Your dealer will work with you to interpret the service codes
(if any) that appear on this report.

Configuration Report

What is It?

The configuration report is a list of the current operational
settings of your fax machine.

What Information Does it Provide?

• The current settings of all user functions (except for One

Touch Parameter settings, which appear in the telephone
directory).

• The Sender ID (ID=), TSI/CSI (TEL NO.), and call back

number currently programmed into your fax machine.

• Current dial parameter settings.

Confidential Reception Report

What is it?

This report is an automatically printed notice that your fax
machine has received a confidential message into a mailbox.

What information does it provide?

• The date the message was received.
• The total amount of time spent Sending or Receiving (S,

R-TIME).

• The Location ID or telephone number of the fax machine

you were communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID).

• The number of the mailbox that received the message.
• The number of pages received.
• The result of the communication (Results Codes).
• Service codes. Be sure to report these diagnostic codes if

you contact your Authorized OKIFAX Dealer about
communication problems.

How to Print

This report prints automatically each time your fax machine
receives a confidential message into a mailbox.
