PAPER JAM

[FAX]

CHECK PAPER OR PATH

Paper may be jammed inside the printing mechanism.
Check the paper path and remove any jammed paper.
Refer to the “Problem Solving, Clearing a Paper Jam”
section of this handbook.

PAPER MIS-FEED

[FAX]

CHECK PAPER OR PATH

Paper is jammed feeding from the paper tray into the
printer. Check the paper path and remove any jammed
paper. Refer to the “Problem Solving, Clearing a Paper
Jam” section of this handbook.

NO PAPER

[FAX]

REPLACE PAPER

The paper tray is out of paper. Add more paper. If there is
paper in the tray, this message may indicate that paper has
jammed while feeding into the printer. Check the paper
path and remove any jammed paper. Refer to the “Problem
Solving, Clearing a Paper Jam” section of this handbook.

If you run out of paper while printing a fax, the remainder
of the fax is stored in memory, and a

MSG IN MEMORY

message appears. After you reload paper, stored faxes print
automatically.

PLEASE CONFIRM

or

PRINTER ALARM 4 [FAX]
PLEASE CONFIRM

Open and close the cover. If this does not clear these
messages, turn off your fax machine and contact your
Authorized OKIFAX Dealer for service. Refer to the
“Service and Support” section of this handbook.

REPLACE TONER CART.

Toner is running low in the toner cartridge. Replace the
cartridge as soon as possible. When you close the cover
after replacing the toner cartridge, the message clears.
