POSTAMBLE
This parameter specifies the length of any extraneous data at the end
of the record.
Syntax RECORD POSTAMBLE = option(s)
Options Table 4-30 lists the parameter option(s) and definition(s).
PREAMBLE
This parameter specifies the offset to the user portion of the record,
that is, the record preamble length.
Syntax RECORD PREAMBLE = option(s)
Options Table 4-31 lists the parameter option(s) and definition(s).

length Specifies the length in bytes. The length must be an
integer in the range 0 (the default) to record length.
The default is 0.
