• Select an unassigned speed dial number (01 through
94) in the Individuals box and click New.
The Phonebook Entry dialog box displays.
4. In the Name box, type the person’s name.
5. In the Number box, type the fax number. As needed,
include a prefix (for example, 8 or 9) and type a ,
(comma) to add a pause in the number. Do not include
parentheses or hyphens.
Note If you are including a charge code as described
in the following step, you may need to add one or
more pauses after the fax number.
