Machine Status
The Machine Status feature displays the following:
• Machine Information
• Faults
• Service Information
Press the Machine Status button to the left of the User Interface.

The Machine Information tab displays the following information:
General Information This section includes the serial number of machine and customer support details.
Use these when contacting Xerox support.

Information
Shows the IP address, host name and fax numbers.
