Tuning to a Localizer
When the connected SL30 is tuned to a Localizer
frequency, the SL30 sends the decoded Localizer
identifier to the Apollo GX. The Apollo GX searches
its LOC-DME database for an identifier match. If the
Localizer is found to be a co-located LOC-DME, the
Apollo GX will provide Distance, Speed, and Time
information to the SL30 and for the Tuned Station
page on the GX.
