Mailbox System
Access the Mailbox
The following mailbox functions can be accessed from your own
extension, any other internal extension or from an external position
(e.g. mobile phone)

Listen to available messages
• Change your personal greeting
• Send messages
• Set up Outcall (External) Notification (configuration dependent)
• Change your password
Access the mailbox from your own extension u
Lift the handset.

Dial.
Listen and follow the voice announcements in the main menu.
Note: Depending on the configuration, you might be asked
for your password before you can enter your mailbox.
For faster access, it is recommended to program the
function code on the programmable key of the Message
Waiting lamp. d
Replace the handset to finish the procedure.

Dial the directory number of the mailbox system.
Listen and follow the voice announcements in the main menu.
Access the mailbox from an external position

Dial the public number of your company.
