– 3 Delete all to remove all entries from the list. Confirm with the
Enter softkey.

– 4: shows detailed information on the entry selected.

5. Press the Goodbye key

to exit the menu card display.

Operation on the Aastra 6755i, Aastra 6757i

1. Press the function key with the caller list function.

The No reply list appears.

2. Use the navigation keys

to go to the desired entry.

3. Press the Dial softkey to call the selected entry.

4. Press the Answered softkey to switch to the list of answered calls. Press the No

reply softkey to return to the list of no reply calls.

5. To show detailed information on the entry selected, press the Details softkey.

Press

– Backspace to remove the entry displayed or

– Dial to call the entry displayed.

6. Press the Configuration softkey to configure the caller list. Use the

navigation keys

to get to the desired input line or option on the menu

cards. Confirm with the OK softkey or with the Change softkey respectively.
Press the Backspace softkey to return to the previous menu card. The
following menu cards appear:

Only when more than one call number has been configured for the
Aastra 673xi / 675xi: selecting the call number or trunk key; determines the line
for which the caller list is to be configured

Int./Ext.: the setting determines which calls – only internal, only external or all
calls – are to be saved in the list.

No reply: the setting determines whether an additional list of answered calls is
available.

Answered Calls: the setting determines whether an additional list of answered
calls is available.

7. Press the Goodbye key

to exit the menu card display.
