Installation
• Flush the supply lines for at least 5 minutes before installing the tub filler. Damage
to the cartridge caused by debris is not covered under the Hansgrohe warranty.
• Wrap the threads on the S-connectors
with Teflon® thread tape. Screw the S-
connectors into the female fittings and
align them so that they are level and are
5 7/8" apart on center. The end of the
S-connector should extend 1 3/8”
outside the surface of the finished
wall.Seal the wall around the
connectors with a waterproof bathroom
sealant suitable for the wall surface.
• Position the mixer over the S-connectors.
Rotate the flanges clockwise to screw
them firmly to the S-connectors.
• Place the black rubber hose washer in the shorter of the two handshower hose
ends. Screw this end to the handshower outlet on the bottom of the mixer. Place
the screen washer in the longer hose end and attach it to the handshower. Place
the handshower in the holder on the side of the mixer.
• Turn on the water and check all connections for leaks.
