Remapping port designations

For security reasons the network administrator may wish to assign new/different port numbers to the Telnet, web browser, and direct access ports of the controller or to disable
one or more ports. Typically Telnet uses port 23, web access is via port 80 (HTTP), and direct access is via port 2001.

ATTENTION: Do

not set two or more ports to the same port number. Setting two ports to the same number could cause networking conflicts and will also result in an E13

(invalid parameter) error.

NOTE: If you remap a port, you must set the port number to 1024 or higher, unless you reset the port to the default number or disable the port by setting it to

0.

Set the Telnet port map
