Run System
Controls
To run system controls, follow these steps:
1. Click New CON Targ. from the Maintenance tab to enter or
confirm system control lot numbers. An Update CON Target
Information dialog box appears.

2. Enter the values listed from the Certificates of Analysis included
with your system controls into the CON1 and CON2 entry fields.
3. Click OK. The dialog box disappears.
4. Ensure that the IS is set to draw CON1 and CON2 beads from
from the wells where you loaded them, as described in step 2 of
“Run System Calibrators” on page 6-2.
5. Click CON1 from the Maintenance tab. A Confirmation Screen
dialog box appears.
