9.2 Installation Surface
x Mount on a strong, rigid structure to prevent vibration.
x The actuator mounting surface should be machined or otherwise processed to a smooth surface of
equivalent precision, within ±0.05 mm/m.
x Provide adequate space around the device to allow for future maintenance.
