Removing the Previous Version
For ISRP CE Batch, remove the CE Batch application from the device
before you install the new version of ISRP. Clear the existing data from
your batch portable application(s) by uploading the data to the workstation
application. Next, uninstall the ISRP Batch Portable Application from the
portable device(s). After uninstalling the ISRP batch portable application
from the portable device(s), cold boot the portable(s).
For the ISRP Workstation, the previous version of the ISRP Workstation
Application MUST BE REMOVED from your system BEFORE installing
the new software.
To remove the previous software version, use the Windows control panel to
Add/Remove Programs and remove the ISRP workstation application from
your computer. Use Windows Explorer to delete the directory where the
previous version was installed.
The IntelliTrack License Service
If you are upgrading from ISRP v7 or v8.0 and have the IntelliTrack
License Service installed on your system, you may continue to use the
existing license service with Intellitrack v8.x.
