Layer Order Dialog
This dialog is displayed by right-clicking on the map and
choosing “Layers | Order…” from the popup menu.
Click and drag a layer’s name to a new position. You may also
use the “Move Up” and “Move Down” buttons to move a
layer up or down in the list.
The “Restore Defaults” button restores the layers to their
normal drawing order.
