positive cloud-to-ground strokes in the last minute.
Positive CG strokes are more common in severe
storms.
A new record value is denoted by swapping the colors
of the counter and the background.
This counter is not used with the LD-250.

The -CG flash rate counter, shown with and without alert bars.
Default yellow alert trigger level: 25
Default red alert trigger level: 100
