Returns 0 for the original Boltek antenna, 1 for the
original prototype, and 2 for the final prototype.

The number of storms (as defined in the analysis
window) determined to be severe thunderstorms that
are at least partly inside the red alert range ring.

The number of storms (as identified in the Analysis
window) that are inside the red alert range ring.
