Query Syntax [:CONFigure]:STEP:CPM?
Parameter <NRf>[ W ] Step resolution.
MINIMUM or MIN Minimum step resolution
MAXIMUM or MAX Maximum step resolution
Return parameter <ASCII string> Returns the range and the
step resolution.
Example :STEP:CPM 0.001
Sets the step resolution to 0.001W.
Query example :STEP:CPM?
>CPM:0.001
Returns the step resolution (0.001W).
