4 . Screw the endpoint mounting plate onto the mounting bosses of the pit lid with #6 stainless steel screws . Tighten the
screws so that the bottom of the screw head is just touching the mounting plate . Do not over tighten .
NOTE: N Washers, 0 .5…0 .7 inch diameter, are optional but can be used with the screws in this configuration .

The endpoint mounting is complete .
5 . To complete installation, install the encoder onto the water meter and secure it with the provided tamper-proof
TORX seal screw .
