Server BIOS settings
Your system’s BIOS settings must be modified to enable SATA RAID.
Follow the steps below to change the BIOS settings and enable RAID
configuration.
1 Enter the BIOS Setup utility by pressing F2 when prompted during
system startup. See “Entering BIOS setup” on page 60 for more
information.
2 Select the Advanced menu as shown below.
3 Change the “Serial ATA” and “Serial ATA RAID” parameters to
ENABLED.
4 Press the F10 key to save the changes and exit the BIOS Setup
environment.
