Using the Application Manager with SQL in clustered environments
The Application Manager can be used with SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2008 in a
cluster-to-cluster or cluster-to-standalone environment.
Note:
To use SQL in clustered environments:
●
The source and target must be running the same version of SQL Server.
●
The application installation path and the SQL data path must be identical
on the source and target.
●
Cluster-to-cluster and cluster-to-standalone have not been tested in a
parent/child environment.
