The Remote Web Console computer hangs, or
Continuous Access Synchronous operations do
not function properly.

Make sure that the problem is not being caused by the PC or
Ethernet hardware or software, and restart the PC. Restarting the
Remote Web Console computer does not affect storage system
operations.

Make sure that all Continuous Access Synchronous requirements
and restrictions are met (for example, same LU type).

Make sure that the primary and secondary systems and data
paths are powered on and fully operational (NVS, cache).

Check all input values and parameters to make sure that you
entered the correct information on the Remote Web Console
computer (for example, remote system S/N and ID, path
parameters, P-VOL and S-VOL IDs).

Call HP Technical Support for assistance.

An initiator channel-enable LED indicator (on the
P9500 control panel) is off or flashing.

Make sure that the correct CU is selected.

The pairs and/or secondary systems are not
displaying correctly.

Resolve the error, and then try the Continuous Access Synchronous
operation again.

A Continuous Access Synchronous error message
is displayed on the PC.

Check the path status (RCU Status dialog box), and see

Table 30 (page 73)

.

The secondary system path status is not normal.

See

Table 31 (page 75)

.

Pair status is PSUE.
