Paircreate dialog box
This dialog box lets you create a pair. See “Create pairs” (page 49) for complete information.
Description Item
Shows the P-VOL port, GID, LUN (LDKC number, CU number, LDEV number), and CLPR number
and name. P-VOL
Where the S-VOL is defined: port, GID, LUN. S-VOL
Where the secondary system is defined. RCU

For CU Free: The serial number, LDKC number, Controller ID, model name, Path Group
ID, and Path type.

For CU: The serial number, LDKC number, CU number, SSID, and Path type.
Where the option is defined for rejecting write operations to the P-VOL. P-VOL Fence Level
Where whether to copy the P-VOL during the initial copy is defined. Initial Copy
Where maximum number of tracks to be copied is defined: 1-15. Copy Pace
Where the order is defined for the current pair to be created. Options are from 1 to 256. Priority
