This dialog box lets you split a pair. See “Split pairs” (page 51) for complete information.
Description Item
Shows the selected volume’s port, GID, LUN (LDKC number, CU number, LDEV number). Volume
Where the option is defined that allows write I/O to the S-VOL when the pair is split. Options
are Enable and Disable. S-VOL Write
Where the option is defined that allows write I/O to the P-VOL when the pair is split. Relates
to whether you need to keep the P-VOL online or keep the pair synchronized. Options are
S-VOL and P-VOL Failure. Suspend Kind
