3. Connect the Fibre Channel connectors to the controller MIAs.
a. Remove the optical protectors from the ends of the MIAs and the Fibre Channel
cables ( Figure 74 ).
b. Insert the Fibre Channel connectors into the MIAs. The fibre optic cable connector
is keyed to install only one way.
