Classic Chevy Floor Mount Installation Instructions
For Part #’s 2401400010, 2402400010
The Classic Chevy Floor Mount is made up of
two pieces:
A.) T-shaped L Bracket
B.) Clamp
The T shaped bracket mounts in the original bolt holes
in the inside floor of your Chevy. The long extension
on the L Bracket will point towards the driver.
Slide the clamp up the tube of the steering column.
The steering column should sit above the L Bracket
extension and will slide through the floor board. Once
the column is in place, slide the clamp down over the
extension of the floor bracket and around the column.
Tighten all fasteners when you are comfortable with
the installation. Your column is now secured to the
floor to prevent any movement.
*PLEASE NOTE: The enclosed floor mount has a “hot dip” black oxide finish. It
would be important to put a permanent finish on it before you install this floor mount.
