FOR HEI and READY-TO-RUN (RTR) DISTRIBUTOR
NOTE: GREEN ARROW – Some Ready-to-Run (RTR) distributors
may not have a TACH OUT wire to connect to the GREEN wire. In
those cases, install the GREEN (DOTTED LINE) wire to the coil’s
NEGATIVE ( - ) terminal.
NOTICE: If you use a CD Ignition box with a HEI (or Ready-To-Run)
distributor connecting the GREEN wire to the (-) terminal on the coil
will cause
FAILURE of the Engine Control Unit (ECU)!
