HANDHELD Controller
 If the HANDHELD displays a “COMM ERROR” message, see if the HANDHELD’s communication
cable is connected, and that the ECU is powered on. Then press the RESET button on the
HANDHELD .
STEP 2 - BEGIN SETUP
1. Using the UP/DOWN controller buttons, select “Initial Setup”
and press “Enter”
2. You will begin to enter the engine’s basic parameters into the
ECU’s memory
3. Once you enter these it into the ECU memory, you can edit
them later using the “Advanced Setup” menu or with the
DASHBOARD program
4. Enter the engine’s displacement (cubic inches)
5. Enter the number of cylinders

For the Qfi system this will be either 6 or 8
6. Enter number of injectors

For the Qfi system, enter 4
