The AT-8500 series does not allow multiple manager sessions. As such, if an active
manager session is detected during a Restart operation, VLAN Manager will display
the message: "The system has detected an active manager session. Please end the
active manager session before restarting the device."
A Restart operation cannot be performed using an SNMPv3 account that has no write
access to the atiStkSwSysReset object.
