Faulty spray
Improper cleaning resulting in dried materials
around fluid nozzle tip or in air nozzle Soak in suitable solvent to soften the dried material; remove with a soft
brush or cloth
Damaged air or fluid nozzles Replace faulty parts
Incompatible fluid viscosity Check fluid viscosity and dilute with solvent where appropriate
Air leak Check all fittings and hose for air leaks and correct issue by re-
tightening, using PTFE tape or replacing
Intermittent/sputtering spray
Insufficient fluids available Refill fluid supply
Nozzle not tightened sufficiently Tighten nozzle
Incorrect air pressure Check and correct air pressure
