SPC11 parameters

The SPC11 must be familiar with certain conditions of use.
These conditions of use are described by the following para-
meters, which must be entered directly on the SPC11:

Display

Parameters

Manual

Amplification stage

Influences the acceleration behaviour of the drive

Cushioning stage

Influences the run-in behaviour when moving to the end
positions and intermediate positions.

System parameters

Characteristic values for setting up the drive with reference to
the drive type
– First character: Characteristic value for the ratio of drive

and measuring system length

– Second character: Characteristic value for the ratio of drive

length and drive diameter.

Nominal stroke-
length of the drive

Nominal stroke length in 1 mm increments (e.g. nominal
stroke 300 mm: L=300), see type designation on the type
plate (for example, type DNCI-32-300-P-A has a nominal
stroke length of 300 mm).

Offset axis zero point

Offset between the end position P.01 and the axis zero point in
1 mm steps (see system manual type P.BE-SPC11-SYS-...)

Option parameters
(

Options)

Permits various options (e.g. Ready signal instead of Error
signal, Stop signal instead of P.04 etc., see system manual
P.BE-SPC11-SYS-...)

You can find the permitted settings for parameters A, C and S
for operating the SPC11 with standard cylinder type
DNCI-...-... in section 2.3. These settings are matched exactly
to the specified combinations of drives, valves and mass
loads for horizontal operation.
