Please note
The following DNC variants are
not permitted for use the
with the SPC11:
– constant-run variant S10 (slow speed)
– light-run variant S11 (low friction)
– temperature-resistant variant S6 (only on request).
Use only:
– DNC drives with max. permitted piston speed

– Permitted combinations of drives, valves and measuring
systems, cylinder diameter, cylinder length and mass
loads see “Parameters for the DNC-...” in chapter 2.
S Fit the drive in a horizontal position.
S Use fastening elements which will constantly resist the
acceleration forces.
S Drives with end position cushioning:
Open up completely the adjusting screws on both sides
for the end position cushioning (PPV).
S Do not use restrictors in the supply air line.
S If required, select a sufficiently large energy supply chain,
in order to minimize the effects of bending forces on the
positioning behaviour.
S Use a suitable guide for counteracting diagonal forces.
S Lubricate the external guide at regular intervals (observe
the manufacturer’s specifications).
S Connect the drive, guide, potentiometer and load in the
direction of movement free of play and flush with each
other.
