Enable: Determines if a change in receiver lock
status will generate an Unsolicited Response (0
= No, 1 = Yes). If enabled, and the lock status
changes from “LOCK” to “UNLOCK” or
“UNLOCK” to “LOCK”, an unsolicited response
will be sent. The default value after cold or regis-
ter reset for this register (0b) specifying no unso-
licited response.
