Sewing order of buttonholes

Sewing stretch fabrics

When sewing on stretch fabric with , sew the buttonhole
stitches over a gimp thread.
1. Hook the gimp thread onto the front end of presser foot A so
that it fits into the grooves, and then temporarily tie it there.

2. Lower the presser foot lever and start sewing.
Note
Set the stitch width to the width of the gimp thread.
3. Once sewing is completed, gently pull the gimp thread to
remove any slack, and trim off any excess.
