After you click OK, the Font Substitution dialog box may reappear showing
another font that needs substitution. Again, select the Newton PDA font you
want to substitute.
If you’d like to always use your current font substitution settings without
having to see the dialog box, you can set a preference so that the dialog box
no longer appears and font substitutions are always made automatically. For
more information about setting the Font Substitution preference, see
Chapter 7, “Preferences.”
To substitute fonts in imported text:
1 Click the Add button or choose Add from the File menu.
The Add dialog box appears.
2 Select the document you want to import and click Add.
The Font Substitution dialog box appears.
3 Choose the font that you want used.
4 Click OK.
