Using the Table of Contents window

The Table of Contents window lists any table of contents topics that you’ve
added to the current book.

To open the Table of Contents window:
m Click the Overview button on the Newton Press window, or choose Show

Table of Contents from the Book menu.

To close the Table of Contents window:
m Click the Overview button again on the Newton Press window, click the

close box on the Table of Contents window, or choose Hide Table of
Contents from the Book menu.

To follow a topic in the Table of Contents window to its destination in
the book:
m Double-click the round button before the topic.

You can select and edit topics in the window and change the levels of the
table of contents. You can add new topics or delete topics. You can create a
table of contents after you’re finished working on the book, or add topics to
the table of contents as you go.
