• The ext_encrypt_criteria and ext_encrypt are the message_encryption (for
orgs), message_encryption_criteria fields.
• In addition when using a batch file, comments begin with a ‘#’ hash symbol. If
not on a separate line, the hash symbol could be interpreted as part of a user
or organization name.

encryption list_users
The encryption list_users command lists all encryption users in this organization.
This command applies to Postini Message Encryption, an optional product.
This command is applicable to the Google Message Security, Google Message
Discovery, and Google Message Filtering products only.

encryption list_users, orgtag=<org name>, [ext_encrypt=<on | off | match>]
