listusers
The listusers command returns a list of users. The list can be all users or it can be
sorted and filtered.

modifydomain
The modifydomain command can move a domain, set subdomain stripping, and
modify domain aliases.
This is applicable to the Google Message Security, Google Message Discovery,
and Google Message Filtering products only.
