Roller Axle Bearings: Self-aligning triple lip sealed.
Hydraulics: Single tractor system operates both wing and axle cylinders (included with machine).
Two 4" x 30" wing cylinders on 36', 34' and 32' sizes;
Two 3" x 30" wing cylinders on 30', 28' and 26' sizes;
Transport axle cylinder is 3 1/2" x 16"
Recommended Horsepower: Approximately 1+ H.P. per foot of rolling width.
Options: Scraper kits for 18" smooth rollers and 20" notched rollers.
Manual valve control that allows wings to be preset to a given height.
A-33 sprocket wheels - used on 18" smooth wheels without scrapers.
Automatic transport lock kit to convert manual transport lock machines to automatic
transport lock machines for machines built after August 1983 (transport axle lift arm will
have two 1" holes).
Safety Chain: 10,100#
Use of a safety chain is recommended if machines are towed on a public road or highway.
Total weight of towed machine must not exceed chain capacity as shown on the identi-
fication tag. If two or more machines are pulled in tandem, a larger chain may be required.
See diagram below for installation guidance (all of the hardware shown may not be used).
Slack in the chain should be only enough to permit turning. Distance from hitch pin to
attachment point or intermediate support should not exceed 9". See safety chain instruc-
tions supplied with chain for photographic illustrations of typical attachment to tractor.
