5. Diamond Blade Change-out:

NOTE: When installing the diamond blade retaining-bolt, ensure the threads of the bolt are aligned with the

threads of the drive shaft so as not to “cross-thread" the bolt.

Identify and remove Retaining

Screw and Outer Flange using

the Blade Wrench

(B)

Raise Cutting Head to the

highest position and tighten the

Locking Handle

(A)

Loosen the Cutting Head

Locking Handle

Retaining Screw

and Outer Flange

Turn counter-

clockwise to

loosen

Blade Wrench

(D)

Remove the old Diamond Blade

(G)

Install the Retaining Screw and

Outer Flange and then tighten

(F)

Verify the Blade is seated on the

Blade Shaft and the Directional

Arrows are facing out

Remove

the Blade

Rotation

Direction

Seat Blade on

Blade Shaft

(E)

Install the new Diamond Blade

onto Blade Shaft

Install the

Blade

Locking Knob

Turn counter-

clockwise to loosen

Cutting Head

raised

Rotate the Blade

Wrench clockwise

to tighten

Retaining Screw

and Outer Flange
