a. Mode of Action
The Glyco-Pak N column operates in a liquid/liquid partition mode. In this
mode, retention tunes and resolution are very sensitive to small changes in
the composition of the mobile phase. To insure retention time reproducibility,
mobile phase should be prepared by weight or in sufficiently large batches to
insure consistency.
