This manual is intended for engineers or programmers directly
involved in the operation, field maintenance, and integration of the
1394 SERCOS interface
system with the Logix
SERCOS interface
module.
If you do not have a basic understanding of the 1394, contact your
local Allen-Bradley representative for information on available training
courses before using this product.
Purpose of this Manual
This manual provides the startup, configuring, and troubleshooting
procedures for the 1394 SERCOS interface system. The purpose of this
manual is to assist you in the startup of your 1394 and the integration
of your 1394 with the ControlLogix
1756-MxxSE SERCOS interface
module or SoftLogix
1784-PM16SE SERCOS interface PCI card.
