Copy File(s)

lets you perform the following actions:

copy a single file within the same directory. You must specify a new
filename for the copy.

copy a single file to a different drive and/or directory. You may specify a
new filename for the copy or retain the original filename. Note that two
copies
of the file will exist when the copy is complete (see page 8 – 7).

copy multiple files to a different drive and/or directory. Original file
names will always be retained when copying multiple files.

To copy the selected file(s), move the cursor to

Copy File(s)

and press

[

]

.

The Copy Files pop-up window will open.

currently selected.

Copying single files

To copy your selection to a new drive and/or directory, type the destination in
the Copy Files pop-up window in the form:

Drive:\directory\filename

To copy your selection to the same drive and directory, you do not need to
specify a drive or directory. Instead, type only the new filename in the Copy
Files pop-up window in the form:

filename

Press

]

to accept your destination and start the copy.
