Example of a Shift Left Instruction
When switch1 transitions from
false to true, the bits shift left,
moving the original value of bit
15 into OUT. Then, the state of
switch2 is read, and that value is
shifted into bit 0 of the variable
batch. In this example, switch2 is
true, so a value of 1 is shifted
into bit 0.
