You can send unconnected messages to:

send predefined unconnected messages

get attribute information on an object

reset a device

Sending Predefined Unconnected Messages
To send an unconnected message, choose Unconnected, Send Message,
and choose the message you want to send.

Getting Attribute Information
To send an unconnected message to get attribute information, choose
Unconnected, Get Attr All, and choose the object you want attributes on.
