Modules:8472, similar in 8442 Detects a failed OFIU quadrant (invalid FPGA configuration data,
power fault, logic fault, etc.) or an ISL synchronization fault. Return the
module for repair.

Modules:Input Detects serious errors (or noise) in the FIU comms link such as a faulty
