PowerFlex 700/700S Frame 5 Drives 600/690V Brake Bus Bar Insulator Installation
Install the Shrink Wrap Insulator Tube on the Bus Bar
1. Remove the hexalobular screw that secures the cable to the lower brake bus
bar and remove the screw.
2. Open the cable tie that secures the bus bars to the chassis.
3. Slide the shrink wrap tube over the end of the bus bar and leave the
fastener hole exposed.
