The fields on these pages are a subset of the fields previously described in the Web
Browser page definitions. See the web UI descriptions for details about each control and
value.

When Using an iPhone

to Control Ki Pro

• Be sure that your iPhone or iPod touch is updated to the latest version of software. If

you do not use the most recent software for these devices, you may experience less
than optimal interaction with the Ki Pro wireless UI including, but not limited to
inability to use the transport buttons to operate the device.

• You can add the Ki Pro web control to your iPhone Home Screen by pushing the "+"

button, then "Add to Home Screen".

NOTE:

Before adding the Ki Pro to the Home Screen, open the Transport portion of the UI on the
phone. The icon created on the Home Screen will then look like the Ki Pro's front panel. To see
all of the buttons as they appear on the front of the Ki Pro in the iPhone UI, turn the iPhone to
landscape mode in the Transport menu and you will then see the SELECT up/down. ADJUST
up/down, DELETE CLIP and SLOT buttons.

Status

The Status screen is the entry point to the iPhone menus and provides access to the
other menus. This iPhone screen displays the following controls and values:

• Buttons to access the other menus: Status, Config, Media, Alarms, Playlists, Transport.

• I/O status including video input source, input format, input timecode, record format,

and audio input source

Alarms

Selecting the Alarms button from brings up the Alarms screen. This iPhone screen
displays the following information and controls:’

• Buttons to access other menus: Status, Config, Media, Alarms, Playlists, Transport.

• List of Ki Pro alarm conditions in red.

• When there are no alarms, the display is green and says, “None.”
