Rear Trusses & Fold Brackets
Refer to Figure 8
16. Attach rear truss bars
to plates on center frame
with 3/4 x 2 1/2 hex bolt (front plate), 3/4 x 2 hex
bolt (rear plate), 3/4 lock washers and 3/4 nuts.
17. Install front and rear (model 3000 only) fold brackets
with 3/4 x 2 hex bolt (rear plate), 3/4 lock wash-
ers and 3/4 nuts.
18. Install double block tees in locations shown below
with 5/16 x 5 1/2 hex bolt , 5/16 x 2 1/2 hex bolt ,
5/16 x 4 hex bolt , 5/16 lock washers and 5/16
nuts.
19. Attach outside plates of wing stops with 5/8 x 1 1/
2 hex bolts , 5/8 lock washers and 5/8 nuts.
Secure inside plate to rear truss bars with 5/8 x 4
1/32 x 5 1/2 u-bolts , 5/8 lock washers and 5/8
nuts.
20. Attach 3/4 x 3 hitch pin to tube wing stops .
21. Bolts may be tightened to specs, See “Torque Val-
ues Chart” on page 38 and all cotter pins may be
bent.
